The location of the building is on Filopappos hill, 150metres southwest of the Acropolis. The 38sm apartment is wide open-through from east to west, forming a developing view from the Philopappos monument, towards Hymettos mountain range, ending up far beyond in the Argosaronic gulf. The restoration was based on the above scenery spots, creating a new design layout open towards these rare directions of the Athens metropolitan area.
