The 55 sq.m. apartment is located at the foothills of Lycabettus Hill. Its layout is oriented along the East–West axis, allowing the main living areas to be filled with the soft morning light that emerges over the hill. Designed for a young couple, the central concept of the architectural composition focuses on creating, within a compact floor area, distinct spaces that accommodate both shared living and privacy. As a result, the plan integrates two bedrooms and two bathrooms without compromising the overall functionality or sense of openness in the apartment.
